"Our daily visits at this Starbucks location have always been met with warm smiles, outstanding service, and a genuine desire to make our day great. In particular, I would like to commend two remarkable baristas, Sean and Dalvin, who have consistently gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome and valued as customers. Their dedication to providing exceptional service is truly commendable. They not only remember our names but also our regular orders, which is quite impressive considering the size of your coffee chain company. Additionally, the entire team at this location consistently displays a high level of professionalism and a passion for what they do. It's clear that they work together harmoniously to create a positive and inviting environment for all patrons. Whether we're rushing in for a quick caffeine fix or looking for a cozy spot to relax, we are always met with friendly faces and efficient service. Based on our consistently delightful experiences, my husband and I wholeheartedly recommend this location to anyone seeking not only excellent coffee but an overall exceptional customer experience. The positive atmosphere and outstanding service provided by the passionate team, especially Sean and Dalvin, sets this Starbucks store apart from others. "Come here quite often and last time I accidentally placed order at wrong Starbucks while I was on break at work. Went to pick it up and they said mobile order was down. Ok then where is my order? They asked where I placed it and I said ‘for pickup here” he goes- “oo you sound confident!” In an arrogant rude voice As if just happy that I had made the mistake I double checked as I could’ve been wrong, still new to the area to be learning the street names, and instead of offering to make the drink at this location they just decided to be petty that day. Called the location where I accidentally placed it and told them they could have the drink as I wasn’t gonna make it in time for me to clock back into work, and they had apologized for the mix up and said I could get a refund or should’ve had the drink made at the location I showed up at."

"I was having a rough day, I stopped in to get a drink and was helped by Jason. He embodies customer service! He was kind, helpful, and even made me smile. I used to work for Starbucks and I just have to say you don’t get many like him! Thank you Jason for your kindness today! I appreciate it! The world needs more kind people like you!"

"This location doesn't make good drinks. I ordered a Java chip Frappuccino today and it tasted terrible. It looked like mudd and was way too sweet. They also added pumpkin spice flavor which I didn't request. It wasn't the first time that they made my drink wrong. I wouldn't again from this location."
