Taco Bell

"We arrived in the dining room at 8pm. Every table was dirty, the floor had visible trash and crumbs. We were greeted by Heather. When placing our order we were informed that they were out of C02 and could only give us water to drink. The food we received has very little fillings. Crunchy taco Supreme only had meat and toppings to fill it half way. The burrito Supreme was mainly refried beans. As we were eating employees were closing down the dining room. Sweeping and mopping at 8:15 when the time states lobby is open until 9:00pm. I understand the challenges of finding workers but not treating customers properly will not help the business either."

"Terrible place. Slow and unproductive. When they do give you food, it's the barest minimum possible. Asked to have them made again...still the same thing, almost nothing in the tacos. I paid nearly 8 for the 3 taco combo, it should feel like it costs that much. You get more meat going to Jack in the Box for tacos. Bad staff, bad cooks, bad restaurant. Move on to somewhere else"

"I come here often, I already have a review from some time ago. And all I have to say is this; When I order a cheese quesadilla, I expect CHEESE on my quesadilla. I just bought 2 cheese quesadillas and they have such a horrid taste I can’t even eat it. Not to mention there is BARLEY any cheese on there. And we sat in the line at the drive through to order for about 5 minutes and could hear the employees talking even before they helped us. Taco Bell everywhere else in the world is good so why isn’t Highlands? Like you guys are seriously so bad at your jobs. Or do you just not care? You’re making people waste their money on food they can’t eat. Do better or quit, nobody wants someone who can’t cook making their food. And put more cheese on the cheese quesadillas. It’s literally the only thing on there. I have more to say but I’ll leave it at that."

"Probably the worst experience I've had at KFC/ TB. The employees were busy talking amongst themselves and let us stand at the counter for at least 7 minutes or so before we could make our order. The order was incorrect and incomplete, even after the associate read our original order back to us. Supposed to be 2 classic wraps with a 4 piece strip with mashed potatoes and gravy. Instead we got 4 wraps, they were not made correctly. The entire store was dirty and not stocked for customers, no silverware, no condiments,napkins. The cover came off the drink dispenser while I was there. Other customers had to come multiple times to the counter asking for cutlery and napkins."
