"10am on a Sunday and the lack of donuts and the fact they could only do coffee was overshadowed by the surly grimace of the person serving. Maybe she was overwhelmed but there were 3 people in the store and there’s no drive through. The other person making the drinks was awesome and actually smiled and acknowledged customers. Realize this is a sample of one so will put this on the “if I have to” list of DD places"
"I LOVE this Dunkin- staff feels like family every time I walk in and it is such a warm feeling. Please please please keep your store open until late because this is my favorite Dunkin and the PERFECT location."
"When a customer enters your store, the correct response is to greet them and take their order, or to at least acknowledge them. An incorrect response would be to make eye contact, continue sweeping an empty store, then go hide in the back room. This was their third strike. Many of these other reviews tell the story my other visits."
"Very poor custumer service. The main Woman with the glasses is very disrespectful and acts like anyone walking in is an inconvienence to her. Would highly recommend another dunkin as I always feel like my service is not welcome there."
"Bought a hot chocolate this morning that took a good 10 minutes to get and it tasted like water. I figured their machine was running low so I dumped it and just saw all the powder clumped at the bottom. This isn’t the first time they’ve been lazy like this but it’ll be the last for me"
