"Went on the 50% off drink day line was so long but the workers were handling it like pros! Proud of them! The person at the window with piercings and fluffy hair was super nice and had my order waiting for me! I usually have to wait for the item I order because it takes a while to make but it tastes amazing and the service was super fast and all the workers were really nice!"
"Just went today at 11am and Juan is a great person to have at the window! Second time seeing him super friendly, patient, kind, and understanding. Best customer service I got here in awhile. I wish you guys had a review website that made it count towards the store. Hopefully Juan gets his recognition from how great of a worker he is."
"The staff here really do the best with what they’re given. Which at this specific location, seems to be the bare minimum. It’s easier to get to from my house but I find myself going to Eola all the time for a multitude of reason. Oswego is randomly closed some days, or online ordering isn’t available. Or the fact that they’ve been sold out of the new white chocolate macadamia drink for over a month. Seems like they’re the red headed step child store of our local Starbucks chains."
"Just went to get a strawberry lemonade I asked for 4 scoops they put only 1 or 2 this ain’t the first time this happens at this point I rather try my luck at another Starbucks I could of turned into a Karen but I rather just not come here anymore. I don’t mind paying for the dried strawberry’s honestly but if you ask them to put it in a cup separately they act like it’s hard to do. Went today at 3pm"
