"they made us pay extra for a shareable pack with 40 pc nuggets and 2 large fries and then once we get to the window our app wasn’t working and they made us pay for all of the sauces and didn’t even give us the right sauce. everyone was rude and had attitude. the line was extremely long and we had to wait 30 minutes for our food"
"Just went through the DT 20 min ago. No receipt. They tried to give me an extra drink...i said no i wanted a large diet..but I dont know if I was charged with no receipt. Also I wanted a spicy chicken but I got the regular chicken."
"Agh I t was good to taste a large Carmel frappee again. It is has been quite a while since. I last had one. But it was still good. Hay that's right my points went all in the garbage bin. I didn't put them in there but that's the only place I can think of them being at. What happened to them????"
"Fam I had to find more chocolate syrup in my house and mix it. I used to work in Ice cream at oberweis, I know it gets late, but PLS BRO idk how you guys do it at McDonald’s, but you just gotta hit a few buttons and maybe move it around a bit. Also the wrong size . I know it’s late but it’s not the first time I’ve had an incorrect order from this location, they are usually very reliable during the day. I hope the night employees are being given adequate breaks, and snacks, not being made to work sick, and that fatigue and overworking is not the reason for these mistakes. I hope it just someone goofing off, or maybe someone was having a bad day. I have a lot of compassion but I have also worked very similar jobs as a shift manager and it’s not that uncommon that under training and under supervising newer employees can lead to incorrect orders going out."
