"I am extremely upset with the management as a service standards here. I asked for an allergy accommodation to be made to my daughter's fruit cup and the manager refused to speak to me about it or make the accommodation. Instead she sent other workers to my table as a messenger. And the entire ordeal embarrassed my daughter, who just wanted to have a meal without having an allergic reaction. Very underwhelming experience. Worst chic fil-a I've ever dined at."
"I enjoy Chick -Fil-A all times of the day. Hot and fresh food all the time. Service is phenomenal. I mean what fast food dine in has employees deliver your food to your table and refills your drinks and other items missed like when I forget to get ketchup."

"We ordered delivery at our job. Didn’t get some items and the fries were cold and soggy. Tried calling multiple times and they had me on hold for over 30 minutes and I never got ahold of anyone. This was my first time. I will never go back. Had to throw them in our oven. But no sauce or the dipping cheese. Plain and gross"
"What is there to say except for absolutely amazing! We haven't been to Chik-fil-A in 2 years since we have been stationed overseas and it definitely did not disappoint! The staff was fantastic and super friendly and the food was absolutely incredible, hot fresh and exactly how we remembered it and better. When you have been craving this for so long and then get it with fantastic service, nothing can compare!!!"
