"I love the food here, especially jibarito with mayo-ketchup. I just wish the service was nicer, the lady that takes orders on the phone is very dry and short and doesn’t ensure she and the person on the other side understand each other, so my side was completely wrong from what I ordered. Even though i advised I had difficulty understanding her she dismissed it and just asked if I needed anything else. I think there is room for improvement - slow down a little and all will be perfect!"
