IHOP

"I placed an order on door dash for 3 meals and I only received one. When I called Ihop Ava assisted me at first I was offered a refund but then I let her know that I had 2 kids that was waiting on their food. She then insisted that she will remake all 3 orders and even throw in some drinks she apologized and insistent to drop off my order, not realizing that her brakes were getting repaired so her coworker Karina drove over to my house, delivered my food and my free drinks…. This is the best customer service experience I have ever had. Thank you ladies so much keep up the awesome work"

"Seemed to have a little wait upon entry, but it wasn't horrible. The place wasn't packed or anything, just seemed to be understaffed. Zulema, our waiter was great! She was prompt, respectful and honest. No complaints whatsoever. However, the cooks were slacking on the job. I order the steak and eggs breakfast combo. The eggs were perfect and the pancakes were on point, but my steak was over cooked. I asked for medium and it was done done. Zulema put it for another one immediately to correct the issue, yet the cooks over cooked the steak again. I would've preferred a rare steak over a well done one or two in this case."

"I was visiting the area. Dining room was filthy. It took 30 minutes to take my order yet only 4 other tables there. One lady server talk/yells across the room. Cook did good. Food was tasty. Went back for take out the next day, Server informed me it wasn't ready. I wanted to let her know what I ordered to make sure she knew what I came for since she didn't ask, a stack of pancakes. She took it as an admonishment that it wasn't ready and yelled at me that they were short staffed. ( I noticed there wasn't a single table dining at the moment) Again food was good, but man, not just for IHOP, this is the worst diner experience I've ever had. I worked as a server for over 20 years, and usually I'm patient, but this was too much."

"David was awesome. He had so much to do. It appeared he was working alone. He took orders served food was cleaning tables and taking payments when customers were done He had so much to do for just one person. He still was pleasant and got everything done with outstanding customer service skills. As much as he had on him for one person to do; he went above and beyond. Not even mentioning or complaining once to any customers about how much he had to do. He just did his work with dignity and anyone could see how much work he had. It was nice to see someone just getting things done and not using excuses about all the work he had to do."

"Great service I think her name was Melissa she speak spanish, the only reason why I cant give you 5 stars is cause we ask for some item like sides for example Hot peppers but she never told there was an extra charge for few things that we order, but she was Great and food was Ok."
