"I don’t usually complain but i ordered online and went to pick up my food on January 9th its a 24 hour McDonalds but nobody answered the speaker until I said hello after several minutes which they could have been busy but then i said i had a mobile order and they said they arnt doing orders rn so am i just out the money?"
"If you want drinks they got it! Just don't ask for food! They stay open even when they don't have cooks! Great managing! I forgot that people aren't cross trained to cook when short staffed!"
"We will never go back to this McDonald's ever. I gave them a second chance. And they still cannot get the order right. I ordered a number 7 which is a 2 cheese burger meal with a large Carmel ice coffee. The girl handed me just a fish sandwich . Then another girl came up to me and tried handing me a spicy chicken sandwich. I told both of them that a number 7 which is 2 cheese burgers . So they asked me to give them a few minutes. Which turned into 15 minutes. And then didn't have my coffee which took another 5 minutes. By then my food was already cold. Never again. It's the worst McDonald's."
"Seems like no one knows what they’re doing here. Lady that took our order at drive thru put #1 when #5 was said we finally go the girls attention and she just said ok pull up. When we got to window the other girl there was never told to switch it to a #5 so then we got the receipt and were charged for 2 meals and we told her no we want 1 meal and 1 coffee. Got refunded the money back, Got to the other window and they were trying to give us 2 meals and were confused when we said no, nobody clearly communicated between any of them as 3 different times, different workers got confused. Took so much longer than what it should have all because of miscommunication on their part. Also on top of that they gave my mom black coffee after she asked for 6 cream and the fries were over salted and they didn’t even give me a straw for my pop."
"Hit or miss. But my go to. They forget a few stuff so always check your bag. Service is always friendly though. Very nice people."
