"My last complaint was about prices being higher than the original price tags but that doesn't even come close to what's going on with the store now. I've been going here since this goodwill opened. It's always been organized, cleaned and nice. The store has become chaotic in the past month. You can hardly even shop. I'm assuming it has to do with being understaffed? Who knows, but management needs to get their ducks in a row because this place is almost considered unsafe. One nasty fall due to the stuff thrown on the floor and you're going to have a lawsuit on your hands."

"Chaos and filth! Overpriced, Broken, torn, peeling, dirty items. You have to sift through things on the floor or try to dig items the out of overstuffed shelves. Glass items falling off of shelves and shattering with kids nearby. Disputable Company-wide procedure - At the end of the day most things end up in the trash compactor and sent to landfill regardless of condition rather than offering a 99¢ bin or sending elsewhere to be sold or given to poor."

"The Yorkville Goodwill is my favorite store. The store is always clean and organized. The staff are efficient and pleasant. Any of the 1 star reviews should be taken with a grain of salt. I myself have seen a Karen who called the police there for no reason except to cause unnecessary drama because she didn't get her way. If you enjoy a safe, affordable place to shop come here but it you're a nit picking, complaining pain in the behind go elsewhere."

"The store was clean, however there was a lot of stuff on the shelves that it made it hard to look. Things were just shoved into any empty spaces they had. Pricing wasn't bad compared to some other local Goodwill stores."

"The store is large, And they have lots of parking. the employees are friendly! their prices keep going up, And they have so much clothing you can't even separate the hangers to pull something out! they're jammed in so tight probably because their prices are high and they should lower them to get rid of the stuff to put new."
