"Waited in line 25 minutes to order my 2 items. Then waited another 10 minutes after I paid for my one steak quesodilla. It wasn't even cut when I finally did get it. I don't blame the underpaid high-school kids making the food, I blame the adults letting the place run like a broken toilet. Do better."

"Sick of paying for food at this location and giving them chances but it’s rarely cooked how it’s supposed to be…cheese inside stuff is never melted. I ordered a cheese quesadilla and paid for extra cheese and this is what I received. Literally as thin as paper. It’s just frustrating watching them mess around in back and looking super unprofessional and not sanitary. People with long hair down, in their home clothes hanging around the food, pretty sure half the workers are stoned most of the time—which I’m not judging that but come on, not at work. You’re making the food wrong."

"Disappointed with my Supreme Taco Bell gordita and Supreme Steak Burrito with seasoned rice. Both were like sloppy Joe's right out the window, Though they tasted good, texture was like it is out to get your clothes due to the oil slop and runny refried beans. Professional staff for sure, store looked refurbished and clean, enough parking for all, and drive through was efficient. An easy fill up for a hungry soul, my burrito was not worth the $7.11, too sloppy and soggy on touch. The added rice didn't even help to firm things up. Oh well, at least I tried this store once, it will be a very long time when I do again."

"Friday night. 6pm. The store is running with 4 employees and completely incapable of handling the amount of customers. This is not for a lack of effort by the staff. If you are going to open your business you should ensure you are fully staffed. Otherwise you shouldn't operate. The general manager or owner of this establishment should be here during peak times of business. This experience is by far the worst I have ever had at a taco bell. I have been in the lobby, order placed a paid for. And yet it's been 30 minuets and I have yet to recieve my order. I continue to wait and very unlikely to forget this for a long time."

"While the staff was very friendly and provided friendly customer service, I got this Dorito taco supreme and have not ever tried it before. I asked for it without lettuce and this doesn’t usually affect my other ingredients, so I’m not sure what happened here. I paid almost 5 bucks for this thing."
