"Overall rating same but swapping my rating between Food and Service this time. Barrista was friendly and helpful and welcomed us when we walked in. My drink was less than I expected. I feel like there wasn't enough matcha powder. Pretty much tasted like plain oatmilk. First sign should have been the color. Usually darker green. But already left the store and didn't bother going back to fix. ------------- Went at a busy time. Staff clearly rushing to fill orders and not real friendly, although when I left someone did say have a good day. Drinks, food just what I want, which is why I'm a repeat customer. I also like that they put out bags of coffee grounds for gardeners!"
"Went in tonight, and this was literally my coffee after the foam settled. I said it doesn't usually look like this, and she said it's how the shaken comes. Sorry, I have ordered this at least 100 times and was never this light. Also missing the caramel, too. At least offer to remake it."
