"rating simply because this portillos simply has the best smelling public restroom i've ever been in. it smelled so absolutely amazing that i thought well i have to check the stalls now out of curiosity because this bathroom must be so clean!! there was not a single bit of toilet paper on the ground, toilets were all clean, no trash was overflowing anywhere. i know customers take part in this as well but props to whoever's keeping the restroom so squeaky clean! i unfortunately don't see it enough when at public stores and restaurants."

I ordered lunch for 11 people, and all items were placed in a single box, without being sorted by order. Additionally, no descriptions were provided for the sandwiches, and many had modifications, such as additional ingredients or specific condiment requests. Utilizing sticky notes could alleviate this issue"

"I went through the drive thru at the Batavia location and asked for a Broiled Chicken sandwich. Once I took a bite, I noticed that the chicken patty was a 3rd of the size it should be. I really dont like paying 7 dollars for a burnt chicken tender"

"First time ordering a cheeseburger. It was good but I’ll stick to the Chicago hot dog. Dipped Italian beef also is a great choice. The decor is cool in this location. The park lot is another story, way to small. Only one way out, inconvenient when busy."
