"Good location, but your only chance of a good experience here is the drive-thru. They’re BLASTING Pokémon theme music on full volume inside. You can’t think and you’ll have to repeat your order it’s so loud. Didn’t even realize I had a headache till I walked out of there with my ears were ringing. Didn’t get any work done and won’t be returning."

"Horrible service. A line around the building and a line out the door and 1 out of 6 people is making drinks while the rest screw around, but making mobile orders first so the lines just get longer. When I asked for my drink or a refund I was treated with an attitude. Then I was told my drunk was ready but the name and order was wrong. She said its just a name. I know you think that name game is funny but if you call out a wrong name how am I the idiot for not responding? Ill drive 20 minutes to avoid this place and still save time. You guys really suck."
"The cashier at the drive through took card reader before I could answer the tip question and charged a false tip amount without my consent. I checked my bank statement immediately and confirmed. I went inside to discuss with the manager and was treated poorly. The manager/shift leader wouldn’t make eye contact with me nor even acknowledge my concerns. I will never go here again."
