"Coffee still great. Since they now force customers to use the kiosk to order, I will not be back. Very disappointing."
"The odds of them getting your order correct are about 70%, and the quality is very inconsistent. Now they don't even want to interact with customers unless they're paying cash. I placed an order and paid through the kiosk. Shortly after, an employee told me they don't have decaf. I stated I wanted a refund and thought it is ridiculous that they don't want to interact with customers and this would have been avoided if they would help customers. She only refunded half my order, and I had to ask for a refund of my whole order. Starbucks is more costly, but they interact with their customers. Dunkin will no longer get my money. I doubt they care about losing 1 customer, but that was about 3 times a week, and if they do this to others..."
"I love the Dunkin in Cary! They always get my order right! Very friendly people that work there. Not so much the Dunkin in Huntley. Always gives me caffeinated coffee ( although I ask for decaf)"
"I have started working in crystal lake and have been going here but it keeps getting worse. Shortage me money- dint say anything bc it was less than 5$. They keep getting my order wrong. take too long to for food. And now today all of them at once . Terrible service."
