Jack in the Box

"If you get there 15 minutes before closing time, they will send you away……they apparently only accept door dash orders that late! Super rude guy told me that! Will not be back! Do not recommend 0/10"

"One star only because you need to give one to place a review. I shop nearby often to get groceries and on several occasions I've stopped in for a quick bite to eat and I pull up to the drive thru and get a "welcome to Jack in The Box, were only taking Doordash and Mobile Orders". I can't imagine this location will remain open much longer with only taking app orders and Doordash orders. I ended up driving several miles down the road to another Jack in The Box just to get what I wanted. You missed out on a sale, your problem not mine. I probably won't stop by here anymore."

"I honestly wish I could give this place ZERO stars. I jist ended my shift at 11pm and am on my way home. Thought I'd stop for a quick bite to eat. "Welcome to Jack in the Box, what can I get for you? ... I mean, we're only taking door dash and mobile orders. ..." Then he proceeds to tell me to feel free to download the app and place the order there and he'd be happy to give me the food. Why should I have to do that when I'm already here and ready to place my order at the intercom??? Absolutely the WORST service and whoever this is working this shift needs to be FIRED and replaced IMMEDIATELY!"

"This is honestly the worst store that I’ve ever been to. Every time we go there you have to wait forever in the drive-through or inside to get food and service and then your food is cold. And then half of the time you go to eat there and they say sorry we are understaffed so we’re closed. But how are you closed when somebody is there talking to you? I will never go to the store again. I will for now on go to the one in imperial. At least there I get decent service."

"I waited in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes and actually had to say hello to even get a response. I was there for a pickup order. One of the items I got was a click sandwich. When I opened it it was upside down. Top of sandwich on bottom and the bottom but was literally hard and stale. I am proceeding to eat this without a bottom bun and if you can imagine how that going given the ridiculous amount of sauce. I also ordered a Dr.Pepper and was told they didn’t have Dr Pepper or coke. It’s always something at this location. And silly me always gives them another chance just to be let down. Never again. This place either needs a lot of staff or need someone who can run the store properly or all of the above!"
