"CHECK YOUR BAG! I hate to have to write this because Culver's, and this location in particular, has always been a step above every other fast food restaurant. But 2 out of the last 3 visits have resulted in missing food. First visit got home and food was missing. Manager sent coupons. Went today to redeem one of them and food was missing again. I'm not sure if it's new employees or new management but something has happened. Might be going to the south county location for future visits."
"Came in on a freezing night and enjoyed warm hospitality and hot food! The waitress was amazing, kind and patient as we took some time to decide on our order. Fish dinner was the choice. Sides, coleslaw, fries, cheese curds. All delicious. As we were eating, a server came over with a coffee cart..complimentary coffee! Who knew. Culver's, not just for butterburgers and ice cream! Enjoying life 1 sip, 1 bite and 1 small town at a time. Explore everything!"
"Conner is am exceptional Manager!!! He opened the door for us when we arrived!!! A young lady was offering flavor of the day - she even brought a sample for us to try(NOBODY DOES THIS!!!) I was so impressed!! They even try to remember your name!!! Culver's should let this location Train new employees!!! All I can say is WOW!! We go out of our area to go to this location!!! Again I can't say enough about the fact that they do care about their customers!!!"
"Updating to my prior review. Management reached out to learn more about the experience. Meals were replaced and we decided to try them again. This time, service and food was amazing. Hot, fresh, and served in ample time while it was another busy night. Workers were attentive. Much better experience and more than happy to report an excellent review this time around."
