Wendy's

"I went to Wendy's with my mom on Tuesday. The restaurant was short-staffed, and the utensil/condiment counter was filthy. I went to get a soda, and two sodas were unavailable. The seats at my table were awful. One seat was broken, and the other was wobbly. My food and my mom's were terrible, with no taste."

"Came here once before for lunch and it was delicious, hot and fresh. My husband just stopped on his way home for dinner and ordered 2 loaded nacho spicy chicken sandwich meals and what we got was two plain pieces of chicken (not spicy) on a plain bun (not jalapeño) with lettuce, tomato and some chipotle sauce. No spicy corn, no tortilla strips, no cheese, and no poblano queso... the fries were cold and soggy and the "strawberry lemonade" tasted like watered down plain lemonade. Wasn't worth driving 20 minutes back to get another one. Apparently the night shift workers need to spend some time training with the day shift."

"Went at 10:30 when closing time is 11, no one answered the drive thru, pulling up to the window asked if they were still open for them to say yes but were closing up and cannot serve you, had already been doing dishes. Ridiculous! Losing money for their business closing half hour before they are supposed to."

"What we got was good. We ordered 2 biggie bags and they messed them up but the kids said it was fine because they were hungry ordered 2 menu meals one was a burger but instead we got a spicy chicken sandwich of some kind. The other burger was correct and a Cobb salad which was ehhh.... it was 68$ next time we will go in to a nicer place and have a sit down meal"

"My family and I stopped by Wendy's for lunch today, we haven't visited this Wendy's since before covid and I remember them being shut down for a while due to a remodel so it was nice to come back and see a newly remodeled restaurant! There was only one other family in there when we arrived it wasn't very busy at all but it was also right around 3:00 p.m. on a Saturday. I ordered the new Italian mozzarella chicken sandwich and it was pretty darn good! It's served on a Garlic Knot bun with marinara sauce, chicken, and a cheese patty. I also ordered a small chili because it's been so long since I had theirs, tastes great with crackers and sour cream! The restaurant was nice and clean and the customer service was pretty great too, the lady taking our order was very down to earth and genuine and I appreciated the fact that she was our cashier and that she also organized our food trays. We will be returning again to make more memories!"
