"So, I was using the bathroom one time, and all of the sudden, about 5 roaches came out of the vent. I live on the 2nd floor, so they probably didn't get in here from my apartment. I've also seen ants and 1 rat in my kitchen before (I let the rat leave my apartment via the front door). There was a shooting earlier this year (2021) where SWAT had to get involved. About 7 months ago we moved downstairs from our old apartment, and there were DEAD ROACHES on the ground and in corners. During that summer, the paint peeled off the wall revealing mold that had been painted over! Water was leaking into that corner of the house when it rained, so I'm not surprised. Given the fact that this break contract with our lease, we will be leaving soon and never returning."

"I had my package stolen off my porch on the first floor and the office states they WILL NOT hold packages. This place is ghetto. But you get what you pay for. In this case bad handyman, bugs, stolen packages, and ghetto kids door ditching at 1am."

"The manager, Danielle, and staff have always been very helpful and kind. When there was an ice storm, and then, a tornado, and I was dealing with power, water and property damage issues, the Red Hills Villas team was very attentive and quick to fix my issues. The few times that I have had a maintenance request, David has always been here to resolve the situation. I am happy to extend my lease, and I highly recommend Red Hills Villas in Round Rock!"

"I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX TO ONE SINGLE PERSON!!!!!!!! I have only lived there for 11 months and I have gone through 2 different management staff. Let me not forget that I also didn't have a mailbox from March 2020 till December 2020 and was getting charged weekly $10 return mail fee. The manager now does not care about anyone but herself. During this Texas "blizzard" we did not get ONE single update. I have not had water for now 7 days. I only got an update because I emailed her and not only that she lied in the email and said that the pipes were frozen and have to be thawed out but in reality the fire department told me that they busted!!! I had some one try to break into my apartment and the police are always called. I didn't read any of the reviews before I moved in and that was the worst mistake I could of done. The place always looks a mess. There is trash EVERYWHERE. I am saving you a migraine and telling you to LOOK THE OTHER WAY!!!!!! I am SO glad I am out of this place!!! I wish the residents the best of luck because everyone deserves better than what the management gives off."

"I moved in mid March, The office and maintenance staff have been a breath of fresh air. Everything about moving is stressful but this staff made our transition seamless Diane the leading agent, was friendly and helpful when I called 3 months too early, her follow up a month later made my decision easy, Heather the office manager eased all concerns and moved us in ahead of schedule! Josh from the maintenance team went above and beyond on in move in day. In the month and half we've been here every experience with anyone on this team has been pleasant and swift. I know the negatives are easy but a small staff and tons of tenants and they still manage to make my family feel at home. I LOVE THIS PLACE."
