"Alvista has withheld our rent for 2 months now. They’re so quick to send over an invoice statement on what you owe, but take their sweet time to respond to any disputes we have. Their email says to talk directly to their third party billing if you have any inquires, payment arrangements or disputes. We reached out to third party 2 months ago and have been waiting for Alvista to get back to them. The third party said Alvista still hasn’t responded to them. If I don’t get this resolved & our money back by the end of THIS, I’m getting lawyers involved. We are also being charged for carpet replacement when it was a faulty on how they installed it. But is putting the blame on us that the carpet started to lift up. Also being charged 100 for cleaning. I left that place spotless. I cleaned houses for a living so I know I left it clean. Only thing that was left dirty was the balcony floor (in which it was from previous owners). The entire 2 years we lived there, we had a rug over the concrete. My boyfriend has been the one dealing with this. And he’s been emailing and calling the office (also since we lived there for 2 years, the phone is never answered.)"
