"I've put five stars for the new official who came to the buildings. It is very, very, very, very, at the top of ethics and cooperation. I don't speak English when I go. There is a sense of safety, and I talk to her with satisfaction. She is a hardworking young woman and has really literally changed buildings to the best. I entered these buildings a month ago and received my apartment. It was not good. But when she came, everything changed. I'm happy to be here. She is the director of these buildings. From here I say thank you very much to her."

"I have been apartment shopping for a long time and I have spoken to many, many staff of various managements. Alma from Montelena is so outstanding that I simply had to acknowledge her with a review. Alma excels at customer service. She cares about what I care about, is attuned to my needs and caters to them, and is simply oh so friendly! While I didn't end up choosing a Montelena apartment, if I can take Alma with me to my new home, I would. The management is lucky to have her! Thank you again, Alma!"

"We had an appointment for a tour at 12:00 pm today (07/08/2023) that we scheduled a whole week in advance. When we got to the door the associate was not present but an "out until 1 PM" sign was up. We reschedule with corporate for the same day for 2:30 PM. We showed up A WHOLE 15 MINUTES AHEAD OF TIME(2:15 PM) but still no associate was in office. However, the "out until" sign was updated to 2:30 PM! We hung around for an additional 10 minutes after 2:30 PM until 2:40 PM and still no one showed up to the office nor contacted us about being late. How does someone miss an appointment twice on the same day?!?! We even saw a resident show up who needed service but he wasn't helped either. We asked him if administration was usually like this and he confirmed that admin is usually out of the office and non-responsive, how upsetting!"

"We've lived here a couple of months now and we've enjoyed it so far. They are older but the great thing is you don't hear much from the upstairs neighbors. It's not an overcrowded complex so it's fairly easy to get a parking spot. Front entrances are well lit along with the breezeways. We love the personal entrances/big patio spaces. The pool has never been packed. A big change from other places I've lived where the pools are usually super busy. We haven't had issues with any thefts or safety concerns. The office staff has all been great and always open to discussing any concerns. Which is a big plus. The maintenance staff is also quick to get to us and also explains anything we need to know. We are also close to work and close to several options for shopping and restaurants. Our experience has been a good one."
