"Bait and switch!! I signed up online for a promotional deal the agreement was completed on line I signed the papers on DocuSign I was told they would call to set up delivery. They did call but wanted to throw out the agreement already made and asked for additional $60+ in payments and could not explain why. Waiting for a call from the district manager to explain this."

"I’ve had these people come out twice so far. Who the hell teaches these people to put these items together? Thinking the second time they came out it was fixed, I was told to ya know put milk crates at the head of the bed for better support thinking okay..? Finally checking they still didn’t put the support beams in the right spot. Doesn’t make any sense these items are coming out of a box with DIRECTIONS. You would think ? Someone could read and put it together correctly? I’m paying 2400 for a bed to break bc someone can’t put something together correctly this is absurd. I don’t know who highers these people or if they’re required training.. but training to read a book of directions? Come on now I’m highly annoyed at this point. I should’ve never did business here"
"I got proved for anything in the store that’s worth $1,400 or lower. Turns out, nothing in this store is that cheap so I don’t know why I got approved for that much. Even if I wanted to take something home I couldn’t lol. But the costumer service was definitely spot on. Sierra was very helpful in approving me for that small amount, and she was very kind. She definitely has to stay on her feet because while she was helping me, she was helping 2 other customers. God bless her soul, what a great lady"
