"Absolute extortionists. Was in a car accident and didn't get to pick who towed my car, the police picked this joke of a tow yard. They wanted 375 plus 40 a day just to get my car out and they wanted me to pay them 125 just to forfeit my title. They tried taking advantage of me just cause I'm a woman. They are crooks. Stay away from this place!"
"They’re scammers please save your money and time. Don’t go to this place. Don’t not give them your credit card they will charge you more then what they said he was going to charge you."
"Had gotten into an accident over at wal-mart in beardstown had them tow my car to their shop which is like 10 min away and probably around a mile in distance guy wanted to charge me $250 for the tow when I asked why so much he said because wal-mart isn't within city limits of beardstown I don't know how true that is. As far as I'm concerned I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone in my opinion they are scam artists ! I will be reporting them to the better business bureau of illinios."
"Honestly they don't even deserve 1 star. WORST experience & the lady is rude as hell. They didn't even fix my car & not to mention put the WRONG size tire on my car.. I'll never do business with them again & I don't recommend anyone else to either.. they charge way too much and don't even do it right."
