"I was quoted by the store and installer himself on 2 separate occasions yet today installer demanded $200 more than quoted for this sloppy installation where in several places large gaps are between the new flooring and walls. Installer claims gaps are due to brick being uneven but you’ll see there are also gaps against the baseboard which we know is perfectly flat. I was given nasty attitude when asked if quarter round could be installed to cover this up and told to text the installer 3/21 to see about him coming back and cleaning this up for another $100 when he can fit me in because he couldn’t commit to a date. He insisted on being paid despite work was sloppy and incomplete & as a single woman I was in no position to argue with this big intimidating man who was visibly irritated. It’s not just the installer, when I called the store to inquire why enough product wasn’t ordered and again about the double charge for install, not one time did they say the simple words “I’m sorry”. They took no responsibility and expressed no understanding of my frustration yet I’ve spent $10,000+ there to date…Management is very defensive, taking my concerns personally and responds emotionally rather than admitting the installation is sloppy and I do not recommend this company or their installer to anyone."

"We needed to replace our carpet in the main part of our home so I looked for a smaller flooring company in hopes of having a great product and someone that cared about their work. I first talked with Michel on the phone and he showed concern about my needs so we made the trip into the store the next day. We were greeted at the door by a young lady named Emily and she was ready and willing to help with our request. We were looking for good quality carpet that was pet friendly and padding to match. Her boss Terry assisted and explained all of the cost effective ways we could use. I had already removed the old carpet and made the area ready for an install. Terry offered to come to our home that very evening and measure the space we needed to cover. While he was there he explained our options for the carpet layout and how to install the carpet properly on our stairs. Terry provided us with a proper proposal the very next day and we had already picked out our carpet with Emily's help while at the store. Their price was fair and we set up a date for the install. Terry explained who would be coming to our home to install in great detail and he was dead on with what to expect. Both men were courteous and it was a pleasure working with them as well as our purchase at the store. We hope to have them return to our home to install ceramic tile in our master bath. We are so pleased with the company and his staff that we plan on recommending their company to others. THANK YOU to everyone that helped us with our project and both of our senior dogs LOVE resting on the new carpet right next to our chairs. THANKS Frankly Speaking"

"I was just looking for some small samples to match up with some carpet in my daughters house that my dog tore up while we were visiting! (I was able to match it up and my daughter didn’t even notice until I pointed it out! )The gentleman that greeted and listened to my dilemma was more than happy to see what they had that might help my situation. I couldn’t have been more pleased! Very friendly and helpful! If I ever need carpet or flooring...will keep them in mind for sure!"
