"MicroCenter is truly a nerd's paradise. They have insane amount of selection. The CPU/mobo/ram combos are an insane value and the price on all other components match other online retailers. It's such a special experience to walk in with a parts list and buy every component same day. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and are willing to make recommendations. No other brick and mortar store has the product variety and pricing of MicroCenter. They also have great freebie deals (USB flash stick/SD card) and have crazy discounts regularly. I love this store and I feel so lucky that it's not a far drive from my home! MicroCenter FOR LIFE!"

"Had a great experience, I’m not techy at all and buying a printer. Micro-center is a Comfortable setting salesmen were near by but not stalking(I love that, thank you) the gentleman that came by was very knowledgeable, not pushy, just giving important details of how to make the best purchase for my needs. It would’ve taken me an hour to figure it all out. He swooped in and it was quick n easy. The person who checked out my order was v helpful too, giving me more info on the warranty I purchased. "Great place with excellent staff. I purchased a 512gb SD card which was unfortunately DOA, when I went back they took care of it quickly and got me a replacement which works fine. Additionally they have anything and everything a tech nerd, like me, could want. One of my favorite aspects is that they stock cables which actually have their speed ratings on them which allows you to buy what you need instead of hoping for the best online."

"Many people have told me that this is the best place to go in St. Louis when needing anything related to technology. If this is the case, they can greatly improve to be more accessible to all. In order to get service at the customer service center there is an open area where one must stand and wait ones turn. Depending on the questions of the people in front of you, this standing time may be extensive. There is no place to sit and wait nor a number system where one could go browse the store and shop while waiting. I have an invisible disability that makes standing in place a challenge. I had no option but to stand however. The store also seems very ‘male-centric.’ Perhaps like an auto parts store, computer stores are the domain of men? There were few female staff available. I needed a peripheral on my computer looked at. I was told to bring the computer and the peripheral in. I did, but then they wanted to keep both in order to replace the peripheral. I was not offered a loaner computer. I do not know if that service is even available. Because of my work relying on this particular kind of computer, I could not go for example to a library and do it. I think they could go far to improve service to St. Louis. They have a good start by what is on their shelves, but they can do much better to include the elderly, disabled and women in their business plan."
