"My first time there - very positive experience. Individual attention from a knowledgeable sales person. Took the time to walk me through my options. Very competitive pricing. I would highly recommend Slyman Bros.! The exact opposite of big box stores!"

"I spoke to one store that said they would do 1150 for each machine- 4 machines (which i need and intended to buy). Without prompting, they suggested I start with 2 units, then upped the price and didn’t tell me until check out. I called another store to work with instead of that one. They were initially helpful. Units ordered etc. they arrived and I wasn’t at the house. The installers left machines in our room that ended up 8” from the wall because of the tubing (which we weren’t notified to accommodate for, prior to purchasing) and then we couldn’t shut the door to our laundry room as a result. Two of the units were damaged. When I needed to return the units, they said they would charge me a 20% restocking fee. I had great friendships with members of the family. Nice people. I won’t shop at slyman ever again."

"Overall, I cannot recommend buying appliances from this company. Such a mixed bag of service from Slyman Brothers. The ordering process from Matt and the team was top notch. They weren't pushy. They listened to what we needed. They didn't try to upsell. The delivery process, however, was a disaster, which was unexpected based on their other ratings and recommendations. The two gentlemen delivering our appliances were inexperienced and careless. They rushed the installation, damaging several parts of my house in the process. I shouldn't have signed off on the work they did. When I followed-up with Slyman's damage team, they offered a flat, low refund based on "independent contractors" assessment of what would be required to fix the damage, but would not share the names of these contractors so that I could take advantage of the estimate they had offered Slyman. In the end, I'm left footing the bill to return my house to its condition before the appliances were delivered. I would have rather gone elsewhere."
