"I arrived as a Dasher to Wang Gang to pick up an order for Bobby Van's. The door was locked, the lights were off. I thought that I was at the the wrong location. I stood outside of the front door and called support it took support about 15 minutes to answer my call and said they would call Bobby Vans to see what was going on. I'm not sure if support reached the owner or if the owner happened to see me standing out there, but he did answer the door and explained that I was in the right place and that the food would be ready in just a moment After making my call and wasting a total of 20 minutes I was able to get the order for my customer. I cannot comment on how the food was I can only comment on the hassle that I went through to get the order. Maybe it is better to pick it up yourself if you're ordering breakfast from Bobby Van's."
