"Just moved in a couple of days ago. So far, so good. The leasing agent, Andrea, has been great. She was prompt when returning my emails and answering my questions. When I submitted a list of some maintenance needs, and the maintenance tech was at my door an hour later. He fixed every problem and was super fast about it. I think I'm going to like it here."
"I lived here a few years ago. Overall I enjoyed the layout/floorplan of my unit, the quality and finishings of the unit, and the location of the complex (directly across the street from HEB/food places/not far from I35). The cabinets I had were wood but they were actually well maintained, so while it wasn't a "fancy updated unit" it was still nice and didn't feel old inside. The 2 bedroom felt like so much space. Unfortunately, I do remember a lot of police presence at these apartments when I lived there. It was not unusual or rare to see something happening requiring police to be at the complex, or police cars driving around the complex/parked there. That being said, I don't know if that was just back then (maybe those tenants have moved out?) or if that has continued to now. Also, the street outside of the complex had traffic build up and with only one exit from the complex, it was annoying trying to leave the complex sometimes. But location and the actual unit were nice."
"Living here a couple of months the staff, from the leasing office to the maintenance team, had been a great experience. They were prompt at resolving the few maintenance issues I've had, not to mention the property including the pool is kept nice and clean. Brandy and Heather in the office are nothing short of amazing and are happy to help w any issues or questions. Would highly recommend!"
"Rocking horse ranch has been amazing from the start. Very calm complex everyone keeps to themselves no disturbing noises, is pet friendly has two pools and a gym. We moved here to Round Rock in October 2022 the leasing process was a breeze thanks to Brandy and Heather helping with the application process and getting approved. The apartment was move in ready just in time before my old leased ended they added new light fixtures and fresh paint. Apartments are spacious have walk-in closets. Renewed my lease for another year process was simple. I'm looking forward to enjoying another year here with my family."
