"These apartments are nice like others mentioned it is a safe area. Never had a issue with nobody breaking into cars or anything of that kind. Enough parking throughout the property. Miranda was AMAZING along with the leasing who was there. They were both very helpful, their communication was great! The new staff is BAD! Meaghen never responds emails or calls only when it benefits her. Berenice seems like she has no clue what goes on. They need friendly staff who know how to communicate with their residents, care about residents and know their stuff."

"Great Staff, Great Location, Pet Friendly, Pest Free! Staff is very professional; Miranda has been very attentive and accommodating from day one. My daughter loves the recently upgraded playground and soccer field in walking distance. Maintenance requests have been addressed immediately and effectively. Pest Control is a plus. I got a free deep carpet cleaning after my first year! HEB plus close by; 7-11 in walking distance. My apartment is not brand new, but it is well maintained; I have a massive book shelf next to my fireplace, and my balcony is legit."

"All around I enjoyed living here. The management staff is very friendly and informative, and the maintenance team is quick and attentive to all residents. When I first moved here 4 years ago the apartment complex was a bit run down but I believe has since been under different management. The new staff definitely turned the place around and the property and residents are a lot better. The only issue I really had here was the neglected machines in the laundry facilities on the property. They were often out of order without warning. Other than that I think Tramor at Autumn Park is a chill, quiet and affordable place to live. I recommend it for young adults looking to lay low, save money and get established in north austin and round rock area. It was my first apartment out here and i stayed for 4 leases and recently moved out. Its a pretty good place to live."

"First moving into this apartment, "clean" apartment reeked of cigarettes and a stale smell. Dusty in certain areas.. We have a newborn baby and so pissed off about this... All her clothes and hair reek of cigarettes :( I thought the stale smell could be mold but they insist they checked it already... Scared to live here but it's all we got for now. Neighbors are very loud and smoke pot all as well.. Next door and downstairs."
