"I moved into my apartment on May 5th 2023. The following Sunday was Mothers Day. I should have taken this as a bad omen looking back but my upstairs neighbor threw a party and the music was so loud it sounded like the party was in my own living room. Things went dn hill from there. School was out a few short weeks after that and the noise got increasingly worse. During the summer the kids above me were running around till 2,3 and sometimes 4am EVERY SINGLE NIGHT! That's when I started complaining to the office. I even had recordings of the noise. I've complained so many times that I'm sure they cringe when they see me walking in now. The last time I went to complain which was just a few days ago on Dec 11th they told me and I quote "There's nothing we can do about the noise. We can't control what ppl do in their own apartments." So if you're thinking about moving here just pray that the ppl around you are quite cause if they aren't to damn bad. The guy on the otherside of my master bedroom wall thinks he's Eddie VanHalen and is constantly playing his guitar. The ppl on the otherside of my kitchen wall have dogs who bark incessantly. My point is this. The walls of this complex are paper thin and obviously have little to no insulation. You hear EVERYTHING going on around you. There's NO peace or quiet. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the apt itself is decent and the maintenance staff is excellent but that in no way makes up for the fact that I haven't slept in the past 7.5 months since I moved in. UPDATE AFTER MANAGEMENT'S RESPONSE...Tell me why after I've complained several times about the noise coming from above should I waste my time and energy coming to y'all if all your gonna do is give them a slap on the wrist? Why give them a written violation of it holds no value. Y'all can give someone 100 violations but in the end they are nothing more than a piece of paper to throw in the trash. Y'ALL are not worried about it because Y'ALL don't have to sit here and listen to the CONSTANT NOISE that I have had to deal with every single day for the past 8 months. I can't enjoy watching a movie, eating a quiet dinner or even an occasional relaxing bath because the ppl around me have no respect for their neighbors. And y'all have made yourselves very clear on the options I have. Either deal with the noise or move out. So please forgive me for not wasting my time coming to discuss any further noise complaints. I already know nothing will be done about it."

"Managers are disrespectful and so many vacancies throughout the complex and many have left due to poor management. work orders go ignored, or still broken after “fixed”.. building 3 has a ant problem and the pest control they use is not strong enough. other guests are rude and loud (loud music at 1am) office does nothing for them to stop. if you renew lease you will be paying more rent then if you were to come in as a new renter. paid 1741 for b2 (2bed) while online it was listed at 1600… appliances are not up to date. car alarms constantly go off and the trash company comes at 6-7 am(very loud and disturbing and kept waking up my newborn from the banging) NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!! only good thing about the place is the parking lot on the right side"

"I’m really disappointed at this property. The leasing agents were nice but in the end it’s not their call. Management had me wasting time and money to later deny my application. If you feel you might not qualify for whatever reason, Don’t apply! They keep all your money and deny your application."

"Living at this community was "THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER". My apartment was dirty the day I moved in (carpet and floors). The manager (Amanda Williams) is rude and disrespectful (very unprofessional). The leasing consultants are "clueless" They have "roaches galore" and the walls are super thin. You can hear everything from "ALL "of the apartments near your unit. I had an extremely noisy neighbor above my unit, and management did absolutely nothing about it. I complained a dozen times. Called the regional office, front leasing office and police department at least 5-6 times. I would never recommend this community to anyone. I only gave them 1 star because, I had to pick a star to post. I would rate them negative 4 (if I had the option)!"

"I have lived here 11 months, and could not be more pleased. Rent is reasonable for refurbished apartments that are bug free (I hate bugs!). Property is kept clean by Ed on his golf cart and a service emptying dumpsters routinely (I hate trashy grounds!). Maintenance is handled promptly and without complaint by Peter (nice guy). Front office staff, Shelly & Kailyn, are genuinely nice, friendly people working to help new (and old) tenants enjoy the property. Responsible dog owners welcomed (Puppy Park and “poop stations” on property). Great small gym (which I feel guilty about not using) and a beautiful pool. Really quiet place for an apartment complex. Well lit and no safety issues of which I am aware. A nice place to come home to without breaking the bank. And, close to basically everything! When I was looking for an apartment a year ago, I saw cheaper places that were dark with no lighting, bugs, trash/furniture around dumpsters, and rotting wood everywhere. I also saw beautiful places that cost a small fortune. Crest is a happy medium of great amenities and staff without paying too much for it. If you can afford to spend a bit more, move to Crest. If you want to save a bit on the fancy place, move to Crest. It may sound cliché, but it is a nice place to live. Hope to see you around while walking my puppy."
