"DO NOT MOVE HERE! Save yourself, your safety, money and your sanity. I have lived here a year and this has been the worst experience of my life! There have been dangerous dogs running lose on the property attacking people and dogs. I personally had to drive one victim and her dog to the emergency room after the attack and management offered to do NOTHING! The property did NOTHING for months when all tenants were complaining about the safety of themselves and animals due to this dog and owner. Again management did nothing as this dangerous dog was on property with many incidents occurring There have been many deaths in this building that crime scene investigators, a huge police presence, and crime scene photographers have been here for many times. There is ZERO security in this building and never has been. The “locked” doors to the outside have only worked in the last month meaning anyone could enter the building and has. To this day the doors are constantly broken, propped open and we are left locked out of our building constantly and no one answers the phones. I was emailed by the property manager Amy and told my move out date and was asked to give my formal notice. I gave my formal notice and almost 2 weeks later I was notified that the date was a typo and I had another month of my lease although in writing was told otherwise. I have already signed another lease and the property is refusing to live up to their word of their closing date i was given. In the last few months there have been over 15 evictions in this building. They do not properly vet anyone who moves in here. The property is constantly covered in dog poop and trash and no one cleans it up even when it’s in the hallways of the apartments. The staff who lives there literally walks by it and doesnt pick it up. The police are at the property at least once a week dealing with “incidents” of tenants. I have personally witnessed a handful of arrests of tenants on property. The staff who works here, does not care about your safety or well being. I have called, emailed and left many voicemails of feeling unsafe to the building and property management company and have been ignored. My refrigerator was broken for two weeks and I couldn’t use it and my hot water has broken twice this week and has yet to be fixed. Every single person who works for this company Lincoln Property Managment now Willow Bridge should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. DO NOT MOVE HERE! It’s extremely unsafe and a disgusting place to live. RUN Here are a few photos but I have many more…"
