"If you’d like to treat maintenance and the staff like they’re your children then please move here. I have mold in my ac vent and they scrubbed it No solution, just scrubbed it and this is after telling me it was dust mind you ( now I question the education of the maintenance or the moral ethic of the company) and I did my own mold test even though it was obvious First months here the ac unit was broke leading to over 1500 in fist few months of electrical bill, had to be rude and fed up just to get it fixed and never have they EVER compensated us for that financial damage it took. I have no filter still from when they scrubbed mold all in my ac unit so now that just blows around The insulation is horrible in the windows. Y’all I’m exhausted living here, don’t do it! I thought this new management was gonna do better. Update: spoke to manager in person over a week ago and still without air filters in my apartment and still have no word on when mold will be cleaned from ac vent Very disappointed and very irritated Why must residents have to go out of their way for services we pay for! Don’t do it yall! It’s all talk no walk around here"

"Editing due to the parking by my building sucks and they are now towing. How do 4 spots suppose to handle building that have 8 plus units in it that are at least 3-4 bedrooms. yeah we wont be renewing our lease!!!! Dropping down to 2 stars FIX THE PARKING ISSUE The move and communication between myself and the office team was very smooth. The apartment was not clean to MY liking but overall it was prepared and ready for move in. Alexandria and team were friendly and welcoming from the beginning...."

"DO NOT LIVE HERE. Our energy bill is astronomical. Work orders are ignored, if you do get maintenance here, they close out without resolution, management is the problem. This place is a shameless money pit; more interested in charging you for services not rendered than actually maintaining the property. If you want ice cream socials and pickle ball, welcome. .... if you expect your garage door opener, leaking ceiling, 20yr old toilet, cheapest washer n dryer, fridge that won't seal properly, a useless fireplace with a broken window (still not replaced), cold water heater tank, faulty AC, black mold in your vents, windows that don't seal properly, a broken front gate, a property that tows their own residents and management that literally could not care less once you've signed your contract..... then, THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU. Zero stars."

"Everybody's pretty nice but no one seems to know what they're doing. At this point I have had my windows broken out for four and a half months. Management can't get the bare minimum repairs completed. I've been here for about 2 years now and this is always been an issue. I had to cut the tree branches myself so that they wouldn't scratch my truck. I would definitely recommend to look somewhere else to live. If you're considering this place know that if you move here there's a good chance if anything breaks it's not going to be fixed anytime soon."

"Don’t live here. I’ve been living in black mold from a windowsill that has been rotted since the day we moved in here 2 years ago. We had multiple windows bust during the hail storm in September that have yet to be fixed. The remnants of the windows are held together by duct tape, not placed by any maintenance worker. Enforcing “towing” for parking in front of our garages but not giving us additional parking (currently have maybe 100 spots at the most). Sprinkler pipes bursted during the latest cold weather event a week ago and flooded our 2nd floor. Still have no answers as to what will be happening about that. Just big machines soaking up water, spiking our electricity bill that I’m sure we will have to completely pay out of pocket. Not to mention all these issues have been brought to attention both in person and online through work orders many, many, many times. Have no idea where we will have to live now that there will presumably be construction in our apartment as well as garage for an undetermined amount of time. The negligence is absurd and unacceptable. There’s no way to drip the sprinkler pipes to ensure they don’t burst, there was absolutely nothing we could’ve done to prevent this. But we are expected to “be patient” and live in unacceptable conditions. We were told we would receive answers today about this whole situation, just to receive an email about nothing and being told after going in person to the office that we should “have answers Wednesday.” Yeah sure. Just like we were supposed to get windows last month, and the month before, and the one before that. And how we were supposed to have a replaced windowsill a year ago, and the year before that. And how we were waiting for a stove and fridge for MONTHS after begging and begging for help. We have a maintenance request PILE. Filed multiple times, each time having them dismissed and marked as completed (a maintenance guy came, said he will be back, never came back). With each new management staff, the service gets worse and worse, and as a family that has lived here for almost 13 years, it’s a disgrace seeing how rent has skyrocketed with care from management becoming non-existent."
