"There is so much wrong with this property a review would not come close to covering it all, they came and took all of the fire extinguishers for inspection well over a month ago and never brought them back! bug infestations, mold in the apartments, constant leaks and ac not working right all summer long, we had to buy an air purifier because we were getting sick due to the mold in this place, they Wil raise the rent if you renew and then they will charge you a late fee if your late on your rent due to a billing error they caused, and dont even think about getting a resolution from management, they don't answer the phone most times and will definitely not call you back, do not believe the postive reviews on here , they are FAKE,! Every other property in Round Rock has lowered the rent but not Belmont they've raised it so much its such a struggle to pay jt every month, if your going to pay this much,rent a nice apartment or a house because let me tell you this place is a nightmare, you can only have one vehicle and they'll charge you for the second one or tow you, the cops are always here, The property looks terrible condom wrappers, trash, dog feces in the parking lot, it's disgusting! Quantum leap properties should be ashamed of them selves running a run down dump this way!"
