"This is a new city for me and I was extremely nervous but living in a safe and quiet complex was helped my nerves. A friend of mine recommended these apartments and I immediately fell in love. The process was so smooth and every single person in the leasing office, including maintenance, has been really nice (seem genuine) help me out tremendously!! They are quick to answer the phone and the maintenance crew even took a few minutes out of their busy schedule to help me move heavy furniture. They all were so kind. I’ve recommended these apartments to other people but overall i can’t complain."

"Save yourself a headache, don't move here. The office staff is mediocre on a good day. I am so sick of sharing a frustration with them and being talked down to or not having the problem fixed. When discussing an issue with staff, residents are talked down to and treated like they are stupid. The facilities are good, not great, never truly clean. One of our biggest functional challenges was paying rent. This was partially due to a mistake my roommate made, however there are constantly issues with the portal that we pay through and the staff is very unhelpful. I have lived at several facilities throughout the past few years and this is by far the most challenging. Lastly, while living here, a neighbor frequently smoked pot inside their unit which leaked into my unit causing migraines. Arrington couldn't do anything about it without proof, which I cannot entirely fault them for, however it speaks to the overall culture of the complex. I don't care what you do in your free time, however when it starts to seep through the walls there is a major issue. I wish Arrington would have made an effort to correct this. The only thing about this complex that isn't frustrating is the maintenance staff. The maintenance men kept the complex running and were always prompt, kind, respectful, and did a wonderful job! *PS, when staff from the office is writing positive reviews disguised as a resident, thats a major red flag."

"Great experience! I moved in during the pandemic and have had a lovely time from move in to move out. I never lost power during the freeze and never had any issues that maintenance didn't fix. Fairen and KD were super nice answering all my questions and made the move out process so easy. Highly recommend"

"Don’t move here! Definitely a waste of your time! Office staff is making up rules as they go but are able to bend rules whenever they’d like. They were able to rent out the pool house outside of office hours had multiple guest there with vapes my son also pointed out one of the office employees had a marijuana pen! They are always trying to enforce rules but fail to follow them themselves. If they can bend the rules everyone should be able to. They never answer the phone and when confronted about an issue they get really defensive and try not to answer the question to their full abilities. If you want to enforce rules be a model to the residents as well."
