"I have been here for about 3 years and this is by far my favorite apartments that I have lived at. Front office staff is amazing and the maintenance team is so great! They do something every week for the residents and my kids love going to the front office to see their favorite team. I 100% recommend these apartments!"
"I previously made a review and deleted it because I didn't give a full detail about my stay here at lone oak. November 9 2021 in moved here and I moved out November 5 2023. The Management was good when I moved in but after a year they started not to care about anything besides money. On December 13 2021 me and many more people had are cars broken in to ik robbery dose not have a address but you can at least tell people when they move in not to keep any valuable stuff in there car and also tell them you don't keep your gate closed. The hole time I live at lone oak I saw the gate closed about 13 times. Know why did I resigned my lease well I got an email 30 days before I was supposed to move out and they require you to give them a 60 days notice of moving out so i had to resign because if not its a lease Violation. Know why do I give them a 2 stars review the neighbors here are cool people the pool Is nice and the gym. If you do decide to live here at lone oak remember to lock your cars and take anything of value out because they will not tell you to and I bet if you ask them they will denied it."
"Arissa was so helpful in making our move in quick and smooth. She made us feel right at home and answered all of our questions. We already love it here! The grounds are kept so clean, well lighted, and the neighbors are so kind. Building 8 for the win! We love the community events and how dog and kid friendly this complex is. Maintenance is also so quick and helpful!"
