"Came here for dinner 2/9/24 around 6pm, stood at the counter waiting for several minutes. 2-3 kids working in the back looked at us and walked past. Not a word was said to us, no one acknowledged us, no one said someone will be out in a minute, nothing! Horrible customer service. Also the floors where the food was being prepared was dirty with dropped food and debris. Looks bad for a customer to see where their food is being made looking that gross . Used to come to this restaurant a lot. We will now go elsewhere."

"I have never been disappointed with taco bell in my 36 years of life. I had worked all day and just wanted some taco bell since my hometown takes an hour to get to any taco bell.. I ended up with this supreme burrito that was suppose to have extra sour cream.. it didn't. Also the burrito was cold! I didn't even get a fork for my potatoes guess I was suppose to eat that like an animal. Disappointed.."
