Burger King

"Clean and well kept when we stopped in while traveling through. Pre-ordered food from the app then stepped up to pick it up after using the restrooms. The young man working the counter had been stocking straws, or cleaning a table, or something in the dining room. He looked straight at me, then went to the drive through window, to do something there. (I have to assume his headphones alerted him.) The sausage egg croissants were tasty, but our food was ready and wasn’t as hot as it should have been by the time he came back to wait on us."

"Food was hot and fresh. I asked for extra pickles on my burger and they loaded it. Very happy with the whole experience."

"Ordered a burger and fries, got someone else's $30 order instead, took 20 minutes to fix. Cashier smelled like he hasn't even heard of the concept of bathing, burger was cold and gross, ended up giving everything to the dogs, employees acted and talked about being stoned and getting stoned instead of actually working, lobby was disgusting and smelled worse than the bathrooms, and I heard a decent amount of slurs coming from some pudgy teenager in the back when he was informed he messed up orders. It honestly is like eating at the nastiest trailer park you could imagine when you step in there. They need to make their employees shower and keep their mouths shut if they're just going to curse and holler slurs."

"My wife stopped to get dinner for the two of us. Half of our take out order included fries and a original chicken sandwich. After they gave her our order she saw the chicken sandwich was missing. She had to have them correct it and they act like she was putting them out because they screwed a simple order up. No it wasn't busy at all, around 8pm. She drove home(6 miles) to find the french fries were ice cold in the center. The chicken was not crispy but soggy,the lettuce was whittled and the bun chewy. In addition chicken sandwich it's self was Luke warm at best and taste like is made way before we ordered it. It had a sticker on it stating it was 2 of 2. We ordered 1 ??? I refuse to waste more time and money to go back and put up with a hassle to have it corrected and end up with more cold and old food. It's a shame no one takes pride in they're work and the management for not supervising to make sure good products are sold. Needless to say jerseyville's store has lost a customer and I will share my experience."

"I ordered a sausage egg biscuit no cheese, and a bacon egg cheese biscuit. They put cheese on the sausage biscuit and completely forgot the sausage. They also put two small pieces of bacon on the other biscuit (see photo), and then put the missing sausage on the bacon biscuit. The entire order was messed up. In addition, BK only had two employees working."
