"Third time the food has been messed up or I've just been handed the wrong order entirely. A lot of employees are lazy, condescending, and rude when you you ask them to right their own mistakes. Just as bad as the Burger King in Jerseyville, if not worse."

"Placed a online order, didn't ask me what time it would be for pickup so I called and told them 4 o clock and when I arrived it wasn't made. So had to wait an extra 15 mins for the pizza and the lady told me I'd have it in 5 mins so I waited. So service sucks that's why the 2 star. Food was okay."
"My pizza order was waiting for them when they opened. When I tried to pick it up a few minutes after it was supposed to be ready (@pm), they had not even started! then 2 of the pizzas had almost no sauce. Worth the drive to Alfonso's in Carrollton if you want pizza."
