"Ordered 2 iced Carmel macchiatto at 7:22 and made us pull forward, had to go in at 7:48, while husband was inside a girl brought me 2 hot Carmel macchiatto I said we ordered cold she said oh well they told me it was hot and walked back in...my husband came back grabbed the hot and back inside he went, he finally came back after arguing with manager with our cold coffee, she didn't want to correct it....bad service McDonalds...get it together Jerseyville, IL"

"I have never received hot fresh fries at the Jerseyville McDonald's. I just went though drive-thru asked if the fries were fresh and was told they just came up. They came up cold and the hamburger was meat was dry, like it sat in the warmer too long. By far the worst McDonald's ever."

"We went thru the.drive thru to get 2 Carmel frappes and no exaggeration. Waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes atleast then the window tells us to go park and wait another lord knows how long! Horrible place to go eat!"

"TURN AROUND. We waited in line for 3 cheeseburgers and small fries. They made us pull over for 39 mins WAITING for food. We got our food drive away and we had NO fries. We told them and they didn’t believe us. They need to find new wonders and new register machines bc this is the 3rd time this has happened. Literally turn around. If you have all night to wait then go. But if you have to get to a meeting or something your gonna miss it. Turn around."

"There really isn’t any other way to say it. They took a bite. Of. My. Pancake. The last two times we went through the orders were wrong, and today we were pretty surprised that everything was there…. Until we opened the pancakes. They didn’t even have the nerve to leave it on top, it was the bottom pancake. Someone took a bite, put to more on top, and served it."
