"UPDATE: Jul. 2023: It’s been almost 4 years since moving in. The leasing office and maintenance crew have been extremely helpful and respond quickly. No luck on getting faster internet here, but everything has been pretty smooth since the maintenance fixes. UPDATE Jan. 2020: All move-in maintenance issues stated below has been addressed after remaining persistent and following up. Once you can get over the initial move-in hurdle, everything else is a breeze. Hoping to contact a few internet providers to see how we can get this community “up to speed” on the internet service. I decided to give this complex a chance after seeing its good reviews. The lady who I spoke with to be on the waiting list to apply for an apartment was very kind, respectful, and gave great customer service. The community is wonderful and is in a peaceful area. My neighbors are great! The outdoors is beautiful. However, the first week of move in was awful. I spent a few days bleaching the kitchen and restroom areas that were soiled and spotted a few roach droppings. The maintenance and quality of the apartment was actually one of worst I’ve seen. The craftsmanship of the maintenance is clearly not up to par seeing holes/cracks in the caulking of the trimming and corners of the walls/windows, holes in the siding on the patio, paint stains on the fixtures and windows, multiple leak stains on the ceilings, dust and mold in the AC coils (which ended up being completely replaced, but how did this pass inspection in the first place?), the AC was also leaking into the restroom causing mold and a musty odor, laundry door doesn’t shut at all, patio light fixture was melted, faucet strainer missing, freezer rack missing, light bulbs burnt out throughout the property...I could go on. After reporting the maintenance issues over 30 days ago, I’m still waiting for some of those things to be fixed/replaced. I’m not sure if the property maintenance is short-handed, but I find it unacceptable to wait over 30 days. I decided to patch up the holes myself because I was tired of seeing tiny roaches everywhere. The property doesn’t have a website and is not up-to-date on the work order process. You can only hope that your work orders have been turned in when you send an email or has been filled out on paper. You’ll never really know if they’ve been completed since they don’t leave a notice that someone has been in the apartment. The property doesn’t have fiber optics for fast internet. Comcast doesn’t serve this area. AT&T can only provide 5-25mbps. Even the AT&T technician himself was shocked."

"This is the most wonderful place to live. I have been here since 2008 with the exception of a couple of years and I couldn't wait to get back. The best office staff and maintenance I have seen. They go above and beyond to help everyone. Also wonderful tenants that are very friendly and courteous. I can't imagine living anywhere else. I've always felt very safe here no matter what time I go out my door day or night. I am very thankful to be here and hope to have many more years here."

"This complex is one of the best I have lived in. I just started my 5th lease here. The office staff is kind, understanding, and attentive. The maintenance staff is like no other complex I have ever lived in. They have things repaired in an exceptional timely fashion (mostly same day). Though this is an older established complex it’s quiet and well maintained. I recommend my complex to any and all that are interested in looking for a reasonable price and safe haven to call home."
