"ANTS EVERYWHERE. There is a huge ant problem - started over a year ago. The ants dig holes through the walls and come inside in the hundreds. They’re living inside the walls and trying to get in. Every time I close one hole, they make another. We’ve woken up to ants crawling on us in our own bed. We’ve put on clothes only to find them full of ants. And they bite. They don’t care about food. They’re in every room. We have pest control spray and they come back one week later. We vacuum daily, wipe the floors, keep everything clean but still we get ants. Because they’re in the walls. It’s an apartment issue and topical pest treatment isn’t going to solve it. I feel bad for the people living on the first floor, they must be swarmed. Management is aware of the issue but doesn’t care to do anything other than offer general pest control, which we already pay for monthly. If I could leave tomorrow I would. I didn’t sign up to have 100 roommates. Aside from the ants, the other comments are all true. Save your money and your mental peace."

"Parking situation is ridiculous due to poor planning by the apartment. Every single night there is never an open parking space and residents are forced to park in handicap or next to the curb at the back of the complex (see images). The apartment’s solution was to limit parking spaces even more by marking off certain uncovered parking spaces as “reserved” for $25/month. I continue to see residents driving around looking for parking at night. The complex should have just given out stickers to residents and marked off a guest section. How can I even recommend living here if I can’t even park without fear of being towed every night?"
