"If you don't mind your rent being raised every single year by 100.00 or 130.00 this year for me. It's great! But, I was told I could have an available three bedroom unit by the manager for 1650.00 ,which was the only way I could justify a rent increase that high. But the unit was given away to another tenant out from under me, It was a downstairs unit. As time went by, I decided the 3 bedroom upstairs unit would work for me and my family but the manager raised the the rent to 1800.00. They do this allot tell you one price then change it. She called the district Manger and of course she was no help. I accepted the first unit and she misrepresented herself. She could of atleast offered me the second unit at the same price due to her allowing the other unit to be given away to a new tenant. You see the greed, this is after I offered to bring the deposit in that same day. Frankly, my current unit has no new upgrades so how they even justify a yearly increase this high is ridiculous. Otherwise the property is well maintained and the maintenance staff are very courteous. I stay for my children's life not be interrupted. Single moms don't always get a lot of choices."

"I've been living here for over 4 years now and love this apartment community. The neighbors are friendly and respectful. The maintenance crew are top notch. They maintain the property beautifully including the pools. Oscar and Moses are very skilled and always fix things fast, correctly, and with a smile. The office staff always makes sure my needs are taken care of. GG is always kind and efficient."

"Our issue with our dishwasher drainage was handled quickly and professionally as usual. Even though it wasn’t a major issue, the maintenance staff came right away and fixed the problem. They are always so pleasant and helpful."
