"This is the second time I have been to this location, and I will be coming back. Employees were extremely helpful and patient. Today they were short staffed so it took a bit longer but it was totally worth the wait. Price is absolutely worth the service."
"Went there and got an oil change today 09/12/2023. The staff was super friendly and seemed to be enjoying work, which is always a good thing. Where I am dissatisfied is -the wait time, which I understand might be due to staffing issues -I told them in the beginning I had a 50% off coupon. During the visit he asked if I wanted a new air filter, which I said yes to after he said it would cost $24.99, but he could take $20 off. I was okay with adding $4.99 for a new filter. But when cashing out, he told me the coupon couldn't stack with the filter discount. It was the same guy who I talked to about both discounts. -On the receipt, it says they checked my windshield wiper fluid and that it was at an okay level. I know this to not be true as I do not currently have any wiper fluid in my car. I was out when I went in, and after leaving, I am still out. I enjoyed that the new employees were polite, but I was left with a bad taste in my mouth when I was basically scammed into the new air filter and was lied to about a simple service that should have been done, and was listed as having been done when it wasn't. Unsure if I will return."
