"Our second time staying here and it was mainly for location for our event which was around the corner. But it's outdated and there were so many things wrong with it. The wifi didn't work the blinds were missing there were light bulbs missing and the toilets were stopped up everytime you used it. The patio door was broken and there was no access to the lake in fact we couldn't even see the lake besides driving over the bridge. The washing machine was leaking when we used it and when we asked the manager for things we were told we had to wait until the next day because no one was on site and it was earlier in the day. I guess because it says on the lake you would expect on the lake and for the money it would be up to date but it served its purpose."
"Absolutely disgusting! The bathrooms looked as though they had never been cleaned, the carpet was filthy, checked the bed sheets which were stained, paint peeling everywhere. But the last straw was when a roach almost as big as my shoe crawled out from under the sink! What a horrendous place, it should be condemned. Needless to say I left and will never be back. If I could give this place negative stars I would."
"This place has such potential. The rooms are spacious, not cramped or crowded. However, it was the dirtiest place we have EVER stayed during our 15 years of Time Sharing and this is happening during COVID-19. Roaches and bugs (dead) everywhere. That shows they do exterminate (wonderful) but don't leave the critters for your guests to clean up. The refrigerator was filthy inside and out. It had rust stains on the outside BUT I'm talking about built-up dirt on the handle and the glass shelving inside. It had not been cleaned or even wiped off in a long time. I had my refrigerated stuff in a cooler and kept it there until I washed the refrigerator down. THAT SHOULD NOT BE. Also the carpet was so stained and dirty, I wore something on my feet at all times. It needed to be vacuumed and steam cleaned. The living room furniture was so dirty it had that slick shiny dirt build-up on the arms of the 2 chairs and the sofa. We used the bedding sheets to cover up the living room furniture so we could sit and watch tv. We didn't want our body to be in direct contact with the dirty furniture. THAT SHOULD NOT BE. I grant you the property was old and there were signs of aging BUT I'm not talking about old...I'm talking about filth..long standing filth, NOT AGE. . We spent most of our time downstairs and was only upstairs to sleep/bathroom breaks. There were no curtains which is fine. But the blinds on the window/patio doors had missing and broken pieces, offering compromised privacy. The patio blinds downstairs had caked-on food that had run down and solidified. For 2 days we were unable to use 2 of the eyes on the stove. It turns out they were pushed in improperly. Upstairs toilet constantly ran for couple of minutes, every 5/10 mins or so, the sound a toilet makes after the flush. In the vanity area of the master bedroom, the knob on the faucet was broken and sitting atop of a screw. After my walk-thru I called management and asked if we could be assigned a different room and was told there were no empty apts left. But we arrived early, it seemed before most people had even checked in. In speaking with Manager, at first she was very defensive, over-talked me and explained that the property was "just old" That wasn't my problem and I reiterated my problem was namely the built-up filth and I would like to be moved, reassigned somewhere else that was clean. She said she couldn't. She also stated that it couldn't be as dirty as I'm saying because they clean apts before guest arrive and conduct a 2nd walk-thru by maintenance. Call ended. About 5 minutes later the Property Manager called me back and said she wanted to send her Manager of Cleaning Services to walk thru the apt and I should show her every where there is a problem and they would get to the bottom of this situation. That plan didn't help me and my husband at all...being there to celebrate our 31 year Wedding Anniversary. Yes. We could have opted to leave, forfeit money to RCI/exchange fee, groceries purchased for the trip, gas and celebration we planned for each other and drove the 1.5 hour back home. We opted to stay and I would clean the refrigerator because I had to do something immediately with my food in a cooler needing to be refrigerated/frozen. I did explain this to the Property Manager. Anyway about 30 minutes later a cleaning lady knocks on the door with a few spray bottles asking what did we need cleaned. IT WOULD HAVE TAKEN BOTH SHE AND I WORKING NONSTOP FOR A FEW HOURS TO ACTUALLY CLEAN THE PLACE TO JUST A BASIC CLEANLINESS SUITABLE FOR AN RCI GUEST or anyone for that matter. Mind you, we've timeshared in Arizona, Hawaii, Hilton Head, Branson, San Diego and the list goes on and on. I say that not bragging but to show in all our travels we've NEVER stayed at such an unkempt place and it could really be nice IF it were treated with proper MINIMAL upkeep especially during COVID-19. In the manual, any infraction would constitute a fine. Calling the office after hours would be fined (except for fire, pipe burst) Ruined my 31st Wedding Anniversary. [Type limit]"
"I loved this place it was very spacious. The couches were a bit outdated and none of the rooms had any ceiling fans. So when sleeping at night it was hot. We stayed in the 3 bedroom and we had more than enough room. It was a great stay. The pool was a good size but didn't have any bathrooms by so you have to walk all the way back to your room. If you asked me I would definitely recommend this place."
