"Recent resident of several years here, lived in multiple floor plans and I used to really love it, however over the last couple years I have had many less than enjoyable experiences. My apartment was broken into twice (others were too at the same time, not just mine), pests took over in the last year. I saw no improvement after having pest control come in multiple times. The last time I was actually home when they came and the guy spent a whole 10 seconds or less “spraying” and then he left. I can only imagine how (or if) they treat units when someone isn’t even home. Maintenance requests get closed out and you have no idea if they even came inside your apt or not or they come days later after they already closed the work order. The office rarely answers the phone or returns calls. If you value quiet at all, avoid moving into an apartment that faces the nasa bypass. It’s extremely loud with the road traffic at all hours of the day. Forget peace and quiet inside your apartment or on your patio. This place is not the clean, quiet and well taken care of community that it used to be. I know the office staff are doing a lot more for the residents like throwing holiday parties and resident meet ups but I would have rathered they spend more time keeping the community clean and pest free. I chose to move out recently and I wanted to share my honest experience of living here since a lot of reviews are just about their experiences with the office staff during a property tour."

"I became a resident here over the summer and I love my apartment. The size of the bedrooms and closets are massive and I have an attached garage. Truly feels like a home. Not to mention the square footage is larger than some 3 bedroom homes. Maintenance and office staff are friendly and attentive. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an awesome floor plan."

"Shemil was very personable, helpful and knowledgeable. She was a woman of her word, and ensured timely contact with me when an apartment of my preference immediately became available. The grounds were kept up and the pool was blue, not green like what others have stated in previous reviews. I have noticed the gates aren’t always closed, but personally if someone wants to access the premises, whether a gate is open or closed, they’ll find a way. Overall a pleasant experience! I’m looking forward to leasing with them."
