"I love to shop here! Great prices, great finds, some great name brand items and not extremely used. It is difficult to shop during the week when they have the discounts due to the early hour closure. PLEASE EXTEND YOUR HOURS OF CLOSURE to at least 7:00 pm. Also the staples!!!! PLEASE, PLEASE upgrade to retail tagging guns!!!!!"

"Gosh these people have the worst customer service ever ! Don’t even think of asking anything !!! I will admit they carry very good brands and clearly the merchandise is from out of town. You can find jerseys for the whole family or even slacks for work … just be ready to be there for a few hours looking for your size or your style. Everything is separated with color and either winter or summer. They will price items very high but because they want people to come back on sale days. I literally just hate going due to the staff !!! I try my best to not ask for anything and TAKE CASH that’s all they accept. They’re “security” literally looks down at people when walking by and the cashiers are not any better !!! I personally like the stuff but hate going due to the staffing !!! They just know how to make people feel uncomfortable"

"Love this thrift store. So many name brands and low prices. No need to speak to any employees. English or Spanish speaking, you don’t need them for anything. Do your own thing. Staples are an issue. Use a staple remove. Just press hard enough to open the staple. There should be no damage."

"Employees are the rudest and ugliest people anyone can hire. They hate their job, they walk around with disgust towards the customers, they treat people like they treat their maids in their country. They don't speak English and God forbid you try to pay for something they want or like. They won't sell it to you. Call a family member to come buy it. Their prices are outrages, they price things like new. All around a nasty dirty store along with the attitude of the nasty non English speaking employees."

"Some prices great, others horrible, but the worst part is truly the staples. Of course, there are no returns, and I am super careful taking them out, but sometimes they are double stapled, and it ends up with a big hole. Even the cashier has got stabbed by them and stopped everything without talking to me, or explaining what was going on, and gave herself first aid. They must get stabbed all day long. It would also be wonderful if I knew what the sales were ahead of time. I can’t figure out a schedule. If somebody knows of one, please post. It seems like when I go on a Tuesday the home goods and linens are on sale, but I’m not sure if that is a regular occurrence ."
