"7k and I got some of the worst cabinets I have ever seen in my life. If I hadn't already gone 20 days passed when they were supposed to be here I would return the whole damn thing but seeing how I've gone over 20 days without a kitchen sink I have no choice but to keep it. I will be going in tomorrow to speak with a manager and raise hell about this awful merchandise. You all should be ashamed. Also the screws in 2 of the doors came out the first time we opened the door. (Also I tried calling in and the kid that answered told me to just take it back)"
"Not good. I purchased 2 refrigerators, the installers refused to take one of the old ones, and refused to install water connections. We had to do it. I reported a dent on one of the refrigerators and have yet to hear from any of the store managers. There was one, a female manager that, after hearing our horror story, was kind enough to give us a discount on an additional purchase. I do have a log of all calls and names, but I do not want to embarrass anyone. A simple returned call would be great. A replacement for the dented fridge would also be great."
"We went by to pick up a single-item online order (curbside pick-up), and waited for twenty minutes. After realizing no one was going to come out, I went to the order pickup counter to let them know we still had not received our purchase, and some random employee, with no name tag, offered the excuse: “It’s cause we’re training new people.” There were at least four employees standing there, chit-chatting, and no one had even begun to process our order. Unfortunately, the quality of service at this location has been on a slow decline for a while."

"A great store for your construction or remodeling needs. The staff is usually very willing to help. Bought my Traeger pellet smoker here and so far very happy with it. I can find all the accessories amd supplies I need for my grills here. They also have a decent selection of pellets for the smoker. Their tools section is also well stocked with all the major brands."
