"Ordered the washer and dryer online. Aug 14th. Never got a phone call about it. When called - was told they didn’t have it in stock. Called another time and left a message with someone to have Kristal call. (The other rent a center said she might not call back and to call her multiple times). She never called. Called again a few days later and was told they couldn’t find the agreement and that Kristal would call. She never called. I called her and things were fine. I realize people get busy. Was told I needed a few things to verify info and I told her I would get them the info Monday. When Monday came around I called her with all the info needed and was told I could get a delivery Wednesday but she would call back to verify. Never got a phone call. Wednesday morning I called and asked about the washer and dryer. I as told delivery time 1-3. Called after 3 and was told they just back from lunch, that’s fine. I understand. But a phone call would have been nice. They showed up at almost 5pm unannounced after being told they would call prior to delivery. Once washer and dryer was delivered they told my husband “dryer doesn’t have legs or a dryer vent hose but we already told your wife” hahaha. nope. I was not told any of that information. But I appreciate y’all making me look stupid in front of my husband. Does any of it effect the dryer at all? no! So no big deal… But it would have been nice to hear this information prior so I could have gotten the hose before they came. They said they will bring the legs for the dryer when they can. Not sure if I’ll get a phone call for that though. I have left my phone number with this rent-a-center multiple times and have never received one phone call. I’m always the one calling. Is there an issue with the area code? I know ours is 951. And the other rent a center thought it was a typo and kept doing 915. I completely understand having some misunderstandings but to have complete lack of communication or NO communication at all is ridiculous. But hey. Thanks for the washer and dryer…"
