"Do not start harassing people before you even open. If you all had been kinder and more courteous this all would have gone more smoothly. However you chose intimidation what because you are men running the store and think women don’t know what we are saying or doing? Or is it that as a veteran things went south on my end and you guys were very unwilling to cooperate appropriately. Either way speaking with corporate has cleared things up."

"If I could make this 1 star a zero I would. The entire order was mishandled and they delivered a broken TV. I found it strange that the delivery person allowed 1 man to single handedly carry the tv up our stairs with no help on what seemed like a team lift for there safety and the TVs. Then after different exchanges they came back when they "Delivered" a broken TV trying to blame us for this broken delivery. We were told that they were going to deliver another TV the next day, nobody called nobody came. When we contacted them they refused to honor their promise after the delivery staff didn't retrieve the "box" for the TV and it was thrown away. the previous day when they returned to get the TV we asked them if they needed it to the staff that were in my house, disregarding the rude and aggressive nature of the staff, and they took the TV got in there truck and left. I've never had to deal with what seemed like very underhanded dealings and potentially the store trying to make us pay for their damaged product. I hope no one else encounters such an issue. My family just moved to Texas looking for a new start and a better community in El paso. This will forever leave a stain on the image and understanding that we had hoped for. The front of the TV has several impact marks on the front of the TV and they seem to think that within the 1 hour we had it and the 10 minutes we had carefully taken the TV out of the solid box with 3 inch thick Styrofoam sounding it on all sides completely intact. With out better knowledge of how they work in there office, I would say they knowingly gave us a damaged pre-owned TV and wanted us to take the stores loss. (Speculation at best) But I digress I hope for better and hope this review might save someone some potential heartache."

"Maybe will do business with them. Maybe not! I am in search of Kitchen appliances and if available, I will purchase from Aaron's. I am traveling to this location, next month, and hopefully will find my appliance. If there are none available to Purchase, I will have to search elsewhere. I am not looking for a Rental Product. I currently live in another City, and did not want to do a purchase online. Thank you for your Great Service, and thank you for reaching out to me!"

"Appalling experience from the get-go. The installer had me buy my own dryer hose and install the dryer myself. The dryer started smoking, after a long wait for an appointment they assured me it was operating fine and my self installation was done correctly. A few months in, I asked the store to delay a payment a week because I was in a financial situation and needed a week. After making absolutely sure with the representative I spoke with that the payment would be delayed, they took the whole payment on the date they weren’t suppose to anyway, caused my credit card payment to be late, cost me credit card fees, a late label on my credit report. I was extremely upset contacted the manager, he said he would at least apply a credit for the overdraft fee to my next payment. I agreed and told him I would no longer do auto payment because they had violated my trust. THE NEXT MONTH, I GET A CALL ASKING WHY MY PAYMENT WASN’T MADE IN FULL. Manager now says the bank statement I sent was not enough evidence that Aaron’s caused my credit card payment to be sent back. After all of this has happened, the manager has the audacity to ask me to come in and prove to him (to humiliate me at this point?) that I was in a bad enough situation that it was Aaron’s that caused these fees. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. THEY DO NOT TAKE NOTES ON ANYONES ACCOUNT. **THE ONLY TIME THEY ARE RESPONSIVE IS IF YOUR PAYMENT HASN’T BEEN MADE IN FULL EXACTLY ON TIME.** They do not care past that. Enough said."
