"Not the worst apartment I have been in for the price Im paying, mind you I moved in about a day or so ago. It was not in the best conditions. Wall is chipped and theres lots of cracks and dents in the bedroom walls. Stains throughout most of the unit. My sink doesnt have a sprayer so I have to go buy one. Feels like no one really checked the place before selling it to the next resident. Im a little disappointed but I always remind myself it could be worse. The good thing though is everything is close by, stores, mall, etc. nice area."

"DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A PLACE LIKE THIS!!! I would give half a star if I could! The prices for such an awful place are ridiculous. 50$ for trashy wifi nobody uses and paying for pools that are always closed or broken in some way??? And don’t even get me started on the roaches. They all live deep inside the walls and foundation of the home making it impossible to get rid of them. They get into everything and ruin your experience living here. Be prepared to deep clean and kill twice a week to have a somewhat nice home if you want to live here. These apartments are filthy and not worth the price. And nobody cares about problems with the structure (ex: pole in the photos) that have been reported numerous times."

"TERRIBLE all around, from management to the ongoing ROACH infestation to waking up at 1am from paint fumes since they decided to paint at 6pm with no ventilation in the unit next to me. Maintenance is a joke, bunch of people who don't know what they are doing. The units are old and ran down unless your by the office they don't care about you. Managment would much rather spend money on a new office instead of taking care of other units. The office will comment on here saying they tried to make it better but that's just for their reputation, they will not help you. Counting down the days to get out of this place and is you have any self respect,do not, I repeat, DO NOT LIVE HERE. Did I mention how bad the ROACHES are? Worst decision ever made to pick this dump as a home! Negative stars if they were available!"

"Worst place to live don’t spend your money here! Roaches everywhere they do nothing to stop but a pest control company THAT YOU PAY FOR that barely shows up. Terrible infrastructure and will take advantage of new renter’s myself included. I pay for a pool that has been closed for more months than I have lived here. Management are not problem solvers, and are rarely available ."

"I was able to apply online, obtain a quick decision and move in the same week. The newly renovated apartments are nice and spacious. It’s quiet and I feel safe. The girls at the office are amazing as well!! Thank you Angelica!!!!"
